The salesman was pleasant and professional. The quote was neat and clear what the charges were. I had a couple of missing items and some chips on some high end pieces. Most items were in great shape. I received 3 quotes and none was as professional as Platinium. The 2nd I received a vague quote. The other company gave us a high quote.

I called Platinium services to request an estimate for carpet cleaning on a Wednesday afternoon and less than 24 hours later they were walking through my home with a black light meticulously marking all the pet stains we didn’t even know were there (none of our past carpet cleaners have done this). They used top of the line equipment and worked quickly. Our carpet looks and smells amazing. We’ll be hiring Platinium services for future carpet and home cleaning because of their fast response, level of professionalism, caliber of work, and fair prices.

This company is amazing. I called and requested a consult, and Platinium service was able to come over that day and gave me a very reasonable quote for a deep clean of my house. I chose Platinium services as the hourly rate they quoted me was quite good. I live in the 3rd floor of an apt with no elevator. They were very helpful moving all my heavy furniture and finishing packing some things I had. We finished moving into my new place in about 3 hours which was pretty good. All of my stuff came out of the move in the same state it started. I’d definitely recommend them and use them for my next move
